Thanks Jungle Gym! ...

We ordered in June. The delivery was delayed, which is understandable considering the Covid19 situation. Although they could have been more proactive regarding communication of the delay, the customer service team was really helpful. I do not recall her name but a very kind woman kept us up to date about the delivery process and the expected delay. My husband and I are not the best DIYers, so it was a fun and challenging exercise building the play set! It took a weekend for us to build it up but the kids are extremely happy now. The product looks really nice and gets even more use than expected. Overall, really happy with the Jungle Safari. Thanks Junglegym!

Excellent service both from the team in Holland but also from the UK supplier. They called to arrange delivery and installation and delivered exactly when they said they would. The installer (Lee) arrived right on time and worked very hard all day in poor weather to have the system up and running by the end of the day and did a brilliant job. Overall a most impressive customer focused service experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Jungle Gym highly enough!!

We are very satisfied

We are very happy with our play tower with double swing from Jungle Gym. The delivery arrived after 10 days, neatly packaged with a courier. Everything was complete and the wood was well crafted. Only the saw edges had to be refinished with sandpaper and then I painted them with wood preservative. The assembly was completed in about 15 hours with one helper. The instructions are detailed, but sometimes you have to think about what they mean. Screws are of good quality and the tools provided are also very easy to use. A decent cordless screwdriver and jigsaw are of course a must! I only replaced the included foundation anchors with more stable ones from the hardware store. 4 pieces and a bag of 30kg ready-made cement per hole. This creates a super stable play structure. Can highly recommend Jungle Gym! (Translated with Google)
